Since 2012 we've carried Cosen for machines and Arntz for blades — two ranges known properly rather than twenty listed. Everything else on this page exists to cover what those two don't, or to meet a price the job actually has. And whatever badge is on your saw, we'll service it and supply the blade.
One machine brand, one blade brand, both carried for fourteen years. Depth here is the point: we know these ranges well enough to specify against your material rather than read you a catalogue.
NC automatic dual column, semi-automatic scissor and mitre machines, 200 mm to 620 mm. We market the NC series only — the Smart NC control carries a blade life timer, and a machine that cannot tell you what it is consuming cannot help you cost a cut.
Bi-metal M42 and M51, carbide-tipped and grit blades, welded to your machine’s exact length or supplied as coil. Blade dimensions are set by the machine, not the badge on it — which is why Arntz fits every saw we service, not only the ones we sold.
These are not alternatives to Cosen and Arntz. They exist because some jobs sit outside what the anchor brands do well — a saw that has to travel to the material, a shop where cost per cut decides the order. We’ll tell you which side of that line you’re on.
Yuan Jun. Portable, manual and swivel auto-cut machines, 125 mm to 300 mm. Holds a patent on its portable bandsaw and developed a noise reduction system with Taiwan’s ITRI that cuts running noise by around 60% — which matters more than it sounds in a shophouse unit or a site near housing.
Bi-metal blades for high-consumption general-duty cutting. When a shop is running mild steel round the clock, cost per cut decides the blade — and paying for cut quality nobody is measuring is just a worse invoice.
The honest version. We'd rather tell you the cheaper blade is the right one and keep the account than sell you the expensive one once.
