Short version: we collect what you type into our forms, we use it to answer you and to hold your machine record, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone.
Name, company, email, phone, and the machine details you give us — make, model, serial number and what you cut. Our web server also records the IP address a submission came from, which we keep as a record of the enquiry.
To answer your enquiry, to hold your blade specification so reordering is straightforward, and to keep a service history against your machine. That is all.
Us. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to third parties for marketing. Enquiry records are held on our own hosting rather than in a third-party marketing platform.
Our forms use hCaptcha to tell people from bots. hCaptcha processes your IP address and some browser information to make that judgement, and sets a cookie. It is operated by Intuition Machines, Inc., under their own privacy policy.
Machine records for as long as we support the machine, because that is the point of them. General enquiries that do not become anything are cleared periodically.
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@aejinnovation.sg and we will action it.
